The tongue pad is attached with self-adhesive glue to the inside of the tongue, very easy to put there yourself. Be sure to wash the surface clean and dry before attaching, and fit against the upper part of the tongue and in a straight line forward. Can be removed or replaced if necessary.
The product is sold in pairs, so you get two in one package.
