The Aerpro FP9650SK Head Unit Installation Kit enables aftermarket double din AV head units to be installed into Ford Falcon FG (2008-2014) vehicles. The kit contains all the vehicle specific parts required to complete the installation including a satin black facia kit with built in H-VAC controller and steering wheel control interface, a satin black top dash panel, a mounting kit, a vehicle specific wiring loom, a video in/out loom, a universal patch lead, an antenna adaptor and a MagMate phone plate. An Aerpro APP8 Series Aftermarket Head Unit ISO Harness is also required to complete the installation which connects from the aftermarket head unit directly into the vehicle harness supplied in this kit (sold separately). The facia kit has integrated buttons for HVAC control and displays the HVAC settings and other vehicle settings on the aftermarket AV head unit display when in use. It also has a built in MagMate Magnetic Phone Holder for convenient mounting of your smartphone in the vehicle. If the aftermarket head unit requires handbrake, reverse or speed pulse connection, these the outputs can be found on the main wiring loom included in the kit. Due to the design and features of this installation kit only aftermarket double din mechless shallow mount AV head units with RCA camera input and steering wheel control capability are recommended for installation. Vehicles with OEM reverse sensors or camera will require additional parts to retain these features, CHFO1B reverse chimes box and APVFD02 retention harness (sold separately).

A familiar story, just with…..less.

So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.
