Introduced by GM in 1967 as a multi-purpose workhorse, the full-size Chevrolet C10 pickup became legendary across its entire second generation (1967-1972). Known affectionately as "the last real truck" because it still used metal as its primary material before plastic took over in 1973, this generation remains incredibly popular.
As one of the best-selling Axial® micro rock crawlers of all time, the 1/24 scale SCX24 Chevrolet C10 not only recreates the original's classic styling but takes customization to an entirely new level. This isn't just a single-year model. Instead, it's six years of C10 heritage packed into one box.
Three interchangeable front grilles are included: the iconic 1967/68 style, the bold 1969/70 design, and the distinctive 1971/72 look. Swap them out to match your favorite year or create the perfect custom build. The body features a stylish 2-tone finish via applied graphics that can easily be removed if a single color suits your style better. New authentic deep-dish slotted wheels replicate the iconic style that dominated the '80s and '90s truck scene, mounted with officially licensed Interco Super Swamper TSL Boggers that have earned a reputation for aggressive performance on everything from mud bogs to dirt trails and even pavement.
Plush oil-filled shocks have been added for a suspension that soaks up bumps and provides a stable ride over rugged terrain. Reliable Spektrum electronics are now included for dependable control. Completely assembled, fully equipped, and improved with key upgrades, the SCX24 C10 is a perfect choice for hobby beginners as well as experienced Axial RC enthusiasts.
No matter where you are, the SCX24 C10 makes it the scene for rock crawling fun. Its versatile size opens up almost any setting to spur-of-the-moment RC expeditions. Set up an indoor obstacle course in any room by placing objects on the floor, a table, or desk. Outdoors, collect some twigs and small rocks, dig a few holes, and create a challenging trail for adventuring in the open air.
The SCX24 C10 has all the performance capabilities of the proven Axial SCX24 platform. Full-time 4x4 and a 3-link front/4-link rear suspension let you muscle over big challenges. Worm gears on the axles increase the ground clearance. Realistic steel frame rails on the C-channel chassis stand up to hard knocks.
Inside the box, in addition to the assembled and finished rig, you'll find a Spektrum 2.4GHz transmitter, 350mAh LiPo battery, and handy USB charger. Four AA batteries are also included for the transmitter. Boggers have earned a reputation for their aggressive performance on a variety of terrains, from mud bogs to dirt trails and even pavement. The officially licensed Interco Super Swamper TSL Boggers deliver authentic scale detail and superior traction for conquering any obstacle you encounter.
WORM GEARS
The front and rear axles house metal worm gears for durability, increased ground clearance, and strong drag brakes.
STEEL C-CHANNEL CHASSIS FRAME RAILS
Just like the 1/10 scale SCX10 platform, the SCX24 chassis features rugged and sturdy steel C-channel frame rails with bracing to keep everything intact and aligned.
OIL-FILLED SHOCKS
Oil-filled shocks have been added that allow the suspension to articulate smoothly over rough terrain. You can adjust the preload with 1mm, 2mm, and 4mm spacers to fine-tune your rig for your handling needs.
FRONT AND REAR SOLID AXLE HOUSINGS
The front and rear axles consist of a two piece, molded composite solid axle design. For optimal handling, the SCX24 suspension features a 3-link front and 4-link rear setup.
DURABLE STEEL DRIVELINE
Steel front and rear axles, front stub axles, and dogbones provide the strength and durability needed to keep going during tough climbs and over rough trails.
SPLINED DRIVE SHAFTS
The front and rear drive shafts are splined and sleeved to allow for maximum suspension travel while keeping the power to the wheels.
DYNAMITE BRUSHED MOTOR
The included Dynamite 88T 030-size brushed electric motor provides the right amount of torque for making steep climbs. It's mated to a steel motor mount to keep flex to a minimum and help protect the gears.
SPEKTRUM SLT2 2.4GHz RADIO SYSTEM
The Spektrum SLT2 2-channel radio system offers high-end features such as steering travel adjust and throttle limiting. The ready-to-run package is so complete, even AA transmitter batteries are included.
FULL BALL BEARINGS
Just because the SCX24 is small doesn't mean its features follow suit. There are no bushings here. The drivetrain spins freely on sealed cartridge bearings throughout the entire vehicle.
LED LIGHTS INCLUDED
Two bright LED lights are included and are mounted in the front bumper. An extra LED light port on the ESC allows you to add optional LED lights.
