Celebrating birthdays and other occasions is simple with the Balloons Cover Plate Die from the Let's Celebrate Collection. This A2 cover plate die cuts out a charming balloon bouquet, including three traditional balloons plus one each of a star and heart shape. This die offers double the options - cut out a full cardbase with open spaces to create a shaker card or dimensional shape, or use the balloons by themselves for a fun feature element. These die works well on it's own, but the possibilities and fun increase when combined with CM790 Balloons Stamp Set. Let the celebrations begin!
